First Fundraiser Success

On July 27th we had our first and annual fundraiser. the event was a Sporting Clay shoot which is a shotgun shooting contest. the targets are round clay discs that are machine thrown in various directions simulating hunting situations. there were 12 stations and each station was 4 shots with one having 6 shots. If you think of a golf tournament this is similar but with shotguns instead of clubs and clay targets instead of holes.

there were approximately 29 shooters and sponsors along with a raffle for a new shotgun. the event raised approximately $2,500 for bibles to be assembled and shipped to ministries world wide to support their efforts to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many of our projects are English but we do several other languages including Spanish, French, Arabic, Romanian and Several African tribal languages as we work with missionaries world wide.
